One More Day is a four-story, four-bedroom architectural residence designed by Khoury Vogt Architects, led by Alys Beach Town Architects Marieanne Khoury-Vogt and Erik Vogt. Created as a true gathering home, the directive was clear: deliver the firm's most refined and intentional design. The result is a residence defined by structure, precision, and a disciplined balance of Water and Fire throughout.Located one and a half blocks from the Gulf, the home anchors the southern end of The Parterre park along Sea Garden Walk, creating a direct visual and spatial connection between the home, the park, and the shoreline. Park views and town sightlines are preserved on every level, with Gulf views captured from the upper floors, including the fourth level. The entry courtyard establishes the home's architectural identity immediately. Rough Italian limestone zaguan walls feature integrated water elements, paired with a substantial limestone firewall illuminated by gas lanterns. A negative-edge pool wraps the courtyard, complemented by a suspended gathering pavilion and a mature Sylvester palm positioned as a focal point. Interior floors feature large-format limestone tiles with a smooth finish, while exterior spaces incorporate textured limestone pavers and striated limestone railings along the upper loggias. Architectural details are consistent and intentional, including a sculptural white metal stair rail and an internally lit onyx sink in the first-floor powder room. The spiral chimney extends above the roofline, contributing a distinctive element to the town skyline. The second floor includes the primary suite and two guest suites. The primary bedroom features a custom etched glass wall treatment, while the bath is designed with surrounding windows and stainless-steel bead curtains for controlled privacy. Amenities include a ceiling-mounted tub filler and integrated champagne refrigeration. Each guest suite includes an en suite bath, private balcony, and custom furnishings. The third-floor sky loggia is designed for entertaining, overlooking Sea Garden Walk with filtered Gulf views. The space includes designer furnishings, retractable bead curtains, and a custom wood chandelier set against Venetian plaster walls. The residence culminates at the fourth-floor sky terrace, accessed by a broad Italian stone staircase. Cantilevered above the town, the terrace offers expansive Gulf views, along with sweeping vistas across Alys Beach and the surrounding pine canopy.
